The Lusatia Investor Center works together with the municipalities and regional business development agencies to develop location profiles for company relocations and expansions in Lusatia.

Our location profiles provide investors with the most important information on the commercial sites with available land, such as location and transport connections, size, building law and media supply of the areas, as well as selected location highlights.

Thanks to a uniform structure and the use of symbols, images and tables in the lausitz-invest design, different potential locations can be easily viewed and compared on just a few pages.

The presentations are available to business developers for presentations as well as to investors in printed or digital form as PDF files. The site profiles can complement more detailed exposés already prepared by local players or be used by communities that do not yet have their own site exposés.

The underlying data is extracted from the KWIS location database by the Lusatia Investor Team, determined together with the regional location developers and economic development agencies, and coordinated prior to publication. In other words: We need your know-how!
